Our 30-Day Money-Back Promise

We want you to love Caluna. If you’re not happy with your patches for any reason, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a full refund — no forms, no return shipping, no hassle.

How it works: Email us with your order number and a quick note about what didn’t work. We’ll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You don’t need to ship anything back.

What’s covered: Every first-time purchase of Caluna patches, single box or bundle. One refund per customer, per product.

Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. Replacement or full refund — your choice.

Late or missing refunds: If an approved refund hasn’t shown up after 10 business days, check with your bank first (processing varies), then email us and we’ll track it down.
