STEP 1
Start with clean, completely dry skin so the dot grips and stays put.
STEP 2
Pick the size that fits the spot and hold it down for a few seconds.
STEP 3
Leave it six hours or overnight, then lift it off once it turns white.

A hydrocolloid dot does two honest things: it absorbs fluid from a spot that has already come to a head, and it keeps your fingers off it. Most people find the spot looks flatter and calmer by morning. That's the whole trick — there's no magic in it.
Yes. The finish is thin and matte, so a dot disappears on skin and sits fine under makeup, a hard hat or a workout.
Honestly, not much. Hydrocolloid works at the surface, and a deep bump sits under the skin where a dot can't reach. If that's what you're dealing with, a dermatologist is the better call — and the 30-day promise still stands either way.
Six hours minimum, or overnight. Peel it off once it turns white — that's the hydrocolloid telling you it's done.
